Spicy Sweet Potato Chips

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200C , 400F, gas Mark 6
Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and place in bowl (don’t pat the wedges dry as the moisture will help the spice mix stick).
Add the spices mix them together so the wedges are evenly coated in the spices.
Place the wedges onto a non-stick baking tray.
Bake at the top of the oven for 15- 20 minutes until crisp
Serve straight away.
