Place all of the above ingredients into a blender – blend for 10-20 seconds or until the desired texture is obtained.


Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to get the best flavour


Serve straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 2 days

  • 1 spring onion, cleaned and roughly chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander – roughly chopped

  • 1 small clove of garlic, peeled

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 small green chili
