Quick Berry Ice Cream

240g frozen berries - any combination
130g chilled Greek Yogurt (5% fat)
dash of vanilla essence (optional)
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend straight away until the desired consistency is achieved.
The frozen berries help to freeze the yogurt so that the ice-cream can be eaten straight away, or you can pop the ice-cream into a plastic container and freeze until required.
