Quick Berry Ice Cream

  • 240g frozen berries - any combination

  • 130g chilled Greek Yogurt (5% fat)

  • dash of vanilla essence (optional)


Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend straight away until the desired consistency is achieved.


The frozen berries help to freeze the yogurt so that the ice-cream can be eaten straight away, or you can pop the ice-cream into a plastic container and freeze until required.

Gluten free.

To make this Dairy free and vegan friendly swap the yoghurt for a plant based alternative.
