Whether you are looking to lose weight, eat healthier or even gain weight, choosing the right eating plan can be tough.  There are lots of books out there, but nothing will match your tastes and needs until now!


Having written several weight loss plans for a large brand, published healthy eating books and helped 1,000's of people lose weight and get healthier through my career as a nutritionist, fitness instructor, author and recipe creator I am so excited to announce this new and inspiring service.  


Diagnosed as Pre-diabetic and no idea what to eat? - no problem!

Every meal plan is based around you and is NOT generic.


 It is entirely personalised for you! Losing weight and getting healthier has never been easier!

But remember, you have to follow it for it to work!


Each plan takes approximately 7 days to create*, and you will receive a copy digitally and also in a printed format.


Once you have purchased your plan, you will receive an email from me within 48 hours that will require a little homework from you.  But don't worry, it's nothing complicated, but for me to create your plan I need to know a bit about you and the foods you do and don't like.  The process will only take you 10-15 minutes to complete. 


*Once you have completed the online questionaire, you will receive your plan digitally (via email) within approximately 7 days and the printed copy within 10-12 days.

Please note I am unable to create plans for you if you suffer from Type 1 diabetes, are pregnant or have suffered from an eating disorder. If you have any medical condition that maybe affected by changing your diet, the it is advisable that you speak to your medical practitioner first.


This service is available for UK residents only.


Refunds cannot be given after the personalised questionaire is returned to Sarah Skelton due to the bespoke nature of the service.
