• 20g porridge oats

• 100g strawberries

• 100g Greek yoghurt

• 20ml milk


Mix the oats, milk and half of the strawberries together in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and pop in the fridge overnight


Serve the next day with the remaining strawberries chopped and served on top.
