Korean Beef with Noodles

Instructions:
Place the beef in a bowl with the ginger, sugar, soy, spring onions and lime, stir to combine coating the beef in the sauce and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan, add a spray of rapeseed oil and stir fry the pepper and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
Add beef and marinade sauce to the pan and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the noodles, stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve straight away on a warmed plate
