Place all of the ingredients into a small heavy based saucepan.


Gently bring to the boil then reduce the heat to a simmer stirring occasionally and cook for 25 minutes.


Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge for 7-10 days.

  • 80g dark muscovado sugar

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
