Basic Tomato Pasta Sauce

Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, blend for 30 seconds.
Place in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes serve with pasta.
TIPS:

if using in a Bolognese or lasagne then there is no need to cook it separately

Double up on the tomato puree, and this makes a great pizza topping - no need to cook before using
